Introduction
Welcome to KTS Cab, a service operated by KIINTEX TAXI SERVICE PVT LTD ("KTS," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our ride-hailing, intercity travel, courier, freight, and goods delivery services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the KTS Cab mobile application, website (ktscab.com), or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether as a passenger, sender, driver, or partner) and KIINTEX TAXI SERVICE PVT LTD.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "User" — Any individual or entity using the KTS Cab platform, including passengers, senders, recipients, drivers, and partners.
- "Rider" / "Passenger" — A User who books a city ride or intercity trip.
- "Sender" — A User who books courier, freight, or goods delivery services.
- "Driver" / "Partner" — An independent contractor who provides transportation or delivery services via the KTS platform.
- "Platform" — The KTS Cab mobile application (iOS/Android) and website.
- "Services" — All ride-hailing, intercity, courier, freight, and goods delivery services offered through the Platform.
Eligibility & Account Registration
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use KTS Cab Services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Account Creation
To use our Services, you must:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials (username, password, OTP).
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account.
Account Suspension
KTS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform.
Services Offered
KTS Cab offers the following services through the Platform:
1. City Rides
Point-to-point transportation within Jaipur, Udaipur, Ajmer, and other covered cities. Available vehicle types include bikes, autos, sedans, and SUVs.
2. Intercity / City to City
Long-distance travel between cities across Rajasthan and neighboring states (e.g., Jaipur–Delhi, Jaipur–Udaipur). Includes one-way and round-trip options.
3. Courier Delivery
Same-day or scheduled delivery of documents, packages, and parcels within city limits. Weight limit: 25 kg per package.
4. Freight Delivery
Heavy-load and bulk item delivery for businesses and individuals. Includes professional loading/unloading assistance. Weight limit: up to 500 kg.
5. Goods & Products
On-demand delivery of groceries, food, retail items, and other goods from local stores to your doorstep.
Service Availability: Services may not be available in all areas at all times. Availability depends on driver/partner availability, demand, weather, and other factors.

Fare Structure
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, vehicle type, and demand. KTS allows fare negotiation between riders and drivers for transparency and fairness.
Final fare is displayed and confirmed before the ride/delivery begins.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash (paid directly to driver/partner)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- Mobile Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik)
- Corporate Invoicing (for registered business accounts)
Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 48 hours of the ride/delivery. Include your booking ID, fare details, and reason for dispute. We will investigate and resolve within 3–5 business days.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
User Cancellations
Free Cancellation Window: You may cancel free of charge within 2 minutes of booking.
Cancellation Fees (after 2 minutes):
- Bikes/Autos: ₹10
- Sedans: ₹20
- SUVs/Intercity: ₹30
If the driver is more than 10 minutes late past the estimated arrival time (ETA), you may cancel with no charge.
Driver Cancellations
If your assigned driver cancels, you will be automatically re-matched with another driver at no extra charge. If re-matching fails, your booking is canceled with a full refund (if prepaid).

User Conduct & Responsibilities
As a User of KTS Cab, you agree to:
- Treat drivers, passengers, and support staff with respect and courtesy.
- Not engage in any abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior.
- Provide accurate pickup/drop locations and contact information.
- Not transport illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items (see Prohibited Items section).
- Comply with all local laws and regulations during your use of Services.
- Not misuse or attempt to manipulate pricing, referrals, or promotions.
- Pay all applicable fares, fees, and charges in full and on time.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:
- Fraudulent bookings or payment chargebacks without valid reason
- Harassment, abuse, or threats toward drivers or other users
- Use of the Platform for illegal activities
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the Platform
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or referrals
Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited from being transported via KTS Services:
- Illegal drugs, narcotics, and controlled substances
- Firearms, weapons, ammunition, and explosives
- Flammable liquids, gases, or materials (petrol, kerosene, aerosols)
- Hazardous chemicals, toxic substances, and radioactive materials
- Live animals (except service animals with prior approval)
- Perishable items requiring refrigeration (unless using specialized service)
- Cash or valuables exceeding ₹50,000 without declared value and insurance
- Stolen goods, counterfeit items, or illegal contraband
Liability: You are solely responsible for the contents of any package or item transported. KTS is not liable for confiscation, damage, or legal consequences arising from prohibited items.
Limitation of Liability
Platform as Intermediary
KTS Cab acts as a technology platform connecting Users with independent drivers/partners. We do not own, operate, or control vehicles. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of KTS.
No Warranty
Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. KTS makes no warranties regarding:
- Service availability, reliability, or timeliness
- Driver behavior, vehicle condition, or safety
- Accuracy of ETAs, routes, or fare estimates
- Condition or safety of delivered items
Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KTS's total liability for any claim arising from your use of Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific booking, or ₹5,000, whichever is lower.
Exclusions
KTS is not liable for:
- Accidents, injuries, or property damage during rides/deliveries
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or packages
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Driver misconduct, negligence, or criminal acts
Insurance
All KTS partner vehicles are required to carry valid third-party liability insurance as mandated by Indian law. However, KTS does not provide personal accident or comprehensive insurance for passengers or goods.
For high-value deliveries (courier/freight), we recommend declaring the item's value at booking time and opting for insurance coverage (additional fee applies).
Users are encouraged to maintain their own personal insurance for accidents, injuries, or property damage.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Safety Policy.
By using KTS Services, you consent to:
- Collection of location data (GPS) during rides/deliveries for navigation and safety
- Storage of booking history, payment information, and contact details
- Sharing of necessary information with drivers/partners to complete your booking
- Communication via SMS, email, push notifications, and WhatsApp for service updates
We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
Intellectual Property
All content on the KTS Platform, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, and design, is the exclusive property of KIINTEX TAXI SERVICE PVT LTD and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without written permission
- Use the "KTS Cab" name, logo, or branding for commercial purposes
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the KTS app
- Create derivative works or competing services based on our Platform
Termination
By You: You may terminate your KTS account at any time by contacting customer support or using the in-app account deletion option.
By KTS: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms & Conditions
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Fail to pay outstanding fees or charges
- Pose a safety risk to drivers, passengers, or the Platform
Upon termination, you remain liable for all outstanding payments. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of KTS Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Dispute Resolution Process
- Contact Support: First, attempt to resolve the issue by contacting KTS customer support at [email protected] or +91-6375858009.
- Formal Complaint: If unresolved, submit a formal written complaint with booking details, issue description, and desired resolution.
- Arbitration: If still unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to arbitration in Jaipur under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- Legal Action: As a last resort, disputes may be brought before the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Changes to Terms
KTS reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.
Continued use of KTS Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
For material changes that significantly affect your rights, we will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
